FACTORS AFFECTING WORKERS ‘SATISFACTION AT HUNG LONG GARMENT AND SERVICES JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Abstract

The article analyzes the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees at Hung Long Garment and Service Joint Stock Company. Such factors include job characteristics, promotion opportunities, managers, colleagues and income. The analysis results show that the income factor has the greatest impact on employee satisfaction, the average income of employees at the company is higher than the income in the market in Hung Yen area. The factor that brings satisfaction at least is the job characteristics of the garment industry, a job that requires perseverance and ingenuity to create fashion products, bringing separate brands to each business.
