HO CHI MINH THOUGHTS ON THE HUMAN RESOURCE FACTORS MAKING SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIALISM IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh thoughts on the human resource factors making successful implementation of socialism in Vietnam is one of his basic ideas of socialism. The article focuses on clarifying such factors such as: the leadership of the Party, the management of the State and other political and social organizations and the role of righteous and qualified officials. On that basis, it shows the reasoning value of Ho Chi Minh thoughts in determining the motivation in the process of building a new social system in our country.
