  • Nguyen Truong Canh

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh, a leader with extensive views, had confirmed the enormous role of agriculture in stimulating economic development and improving people’s lives during the transitional period to socialism in Vietnam. Therefore, from the early days of the successful August Revolution, he devoted much effort to the research and development management of agriculture production. The dominant views of the position and role of agriculture; the comprehensive agricultural production; the collective economic development, agricultural socialization; and building relationships in the agricultural production of Ho Chi Minh is the epitome of manipulation, creative development of the basic principles of Marxism – Leninism and the objective economic laws in historical context of Vietnam. This not only has great practical significance, but also the rationale of utmost importance and has been implemented by the Party and the State for the construction and development of socialism-oriented agriculture economy
