MONITORING OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION APPLICATIONG MODEL EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Monitoring and evaluate of implementation project process is a very important stages, have a direct impact on the success rate of the project. This process requirements the managers have to monitor and supervise project implementation process via assessing productivity of implementing the parts of project. In this article, we suggest a solution that measures accurately productivity of implementing a project by using a Earned Value Management Mode.
