The two-term solution of Boltzmann equation has been used to calculated the electron’s coefficients of movement parameters in pure electronegative gas H2-Ne for a wide range of E/N varying from 0.1 to 1000 Td (1 Td=10-17 V.cm2) (electron drift velocity, density-normalized longitudinal diffusion coefficient and Townsend first ionization coefficient). These results can be considered to use in many industrial applications, especially in the field of insulating gases of electronic engineering.
