EVALUATING THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION OF ACCOUNTING GRADUATES FROM HUNG YEN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION

Abstract

The employment status of university graduates is a matter of concern not only for the universities but also for the whole society. According to the Ministry of Education and Training, many graduates from universities and colleges have difficulties in finding jobs or have to be retrained. Using the questionnaire survey and the statistical methods, the authors analyzed the employment status of accounting graduates based on the proportion of employed students, occupational, level of occupational satisfaction, possibility of job promotion as well as collecting and synthesizing opinions of students on the training the university’seducation.
