SOME THEORETICAL ISSUES ON THE GOVERNMENT BUDGET AND EFFICIENCY OF GOVERNMENT BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Effective government budget management is one of the most important requirements for all nations to develop their socio-economy. Government budget management is managing the collection and disbursement on government budget from national to local level and balancing it. Due to the above-mentioned features of comprehensive management, government budget management has a relationship with government agencies on the one hand and socio-economic organizations of different economic sectors at different levels on the other hand. Consequently, the assessment of the effectiveness of government budget management must be based on a number of criteria at different levels.
