Abstract

In this article, we analyze the digital audio signal compression process based on sub-band coding in combination with QMF (QMF, Quadrature Mirror Filters). Through matlab simulations, the results showed that the signal spectrum energy distributed in sub-bandes during signal compression using subband encryption had a better compression ratio than the original signal direct compression method.
