Abstract

 In study, an automatic length-based spring classification machine has been successfully designed and fabricated. It has ability to automatically the springs which has the length range of 20-50 mm. The number of good and bad springs are also monitored and displayed on the LCD screen. This machine using a cheap microcontroller is in stable operation. It help to reduce labor cost and improve labor productivity.
