STUDY THE EFECT OF CONDITION ON THE QUALITY OF JACKET
Abstract
The smoothness of the product is one of the important quality criteria of sewing products. This research shows the influences of temperature, steam pressure and smoothness of two-layer Jacket products made 100% polyester fabric on the steam system. Irons, suctioned iron, temperature meter for the iron. Evaluation of smoothness is based on AATCC 128-2013 standard. The results are shown by the empirical regression equations indicating the law of influence of two technological factors on the product’s smoothness. The analysis results show that the optimal choice of technology parameters such as temperature, steam pressure affects the quality of finished products.
