Abstract

Enrollment work in universities today is one of the decisive factors in the development of the school. In order to carry out this task, it is necessary to invest satisfactorily and have effective solutions to public relations activities in enrollment so that new enrollment can be achieved. This is also a problem that Hung Yen University of Technology and Education has set out to successfully implement the mission and vision of the School. The article focuses on assessing the reality of public relations activities in the recruitment process at Hung Yen University of Technology and Education so as to work out solutions such as promoting internal public relations activities; development of events; strengthen communication relations; enhance public relations activities; Organizing staff training for staff recruiting.
